These terms apply when you use the website, request a scan or purchase an audit or monitoring service.
What the service is
immigration.engineer provides marketing visibility assessments, competitor observations and practical recommendations for immigration firms. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice.
No outcome guarantee
Search engines and AI answer systems change by user, tool, time, location and wording. Reports are evidence-led snapshots, not guarantees of rankings, recommendations, enquiries, revenue or client outcomes.
Customer responsibilities
You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations, professional and regulatory compliance, website claims, implementation decisions and any legal advice given to your clients. Do not submit confidential client information through a scan request.
Paid work
The scope, timing and price of a full audit are confirmed before payment. Monthly monitoring is currently £99 per month unless a different written agreement applies. Any cancellation or refund terms shown during checkout also form part of the agreement.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another customer’s report, interfere with the service or submit unlawful, misleading or confidential third-party material.
